Retro Environmental was contracted to complete selective demolition and asbestos abatement of approx 10,000 s/f office area in occupied state office building. Included in the contract was also removal of asbestos plaster ceilings, walls, flooring, plumbing and electrical systems, diamond grinding of floor adhesive, and protection of historical finishes and building components.
